Your Privacy Rights

Kona Mountain Coffee is a family farm and roastery on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. We collect what we need to get your coffee to you, and you can ask us to show it, correct it, or delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. When you browse, we receive your IP address and basic device information, and we use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working and to measure our advertising.

Your rights

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and others, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Get a copy of it
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it
• Opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising
• Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

How to make a request

Email orders@konamountaincoffee.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you would like. We will confirm we received it and respond within 45 days, as the law requires. We may need to verify your identity, usually by matching the email address on your past orders.

Opting out of targeted advertising

Two ways. Use our Your Privacy Choices page, or adjust your ad settings directly at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

Who we share information with

We share limited customer information with the services that run our store and our advertising, including Shopify, our shipping carriers, our email platform, and Meta for Facebook and Instagram ads. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners can still count as "sharing" under California law, which is why the opt out above exists.
