How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Standard orders ship by USPS, and FedEx 2Day is available at checkout for faster delivery. Orders with chocolate ship by FedEx only. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be sealed and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns need our approval first, so please email orders@konamountaincoffee.com to start one. Once approved, we'll send a return label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and items sent back without approval can't be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges go through the same approval as returns. Email orders@konamountaincoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with the item still sealed in its original packaging, and our team will help you from there.

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@konamountaincoffee.com or 808-329-5005. Orders that have already shipped can't be changed.

Kailua-Kona roastery and shop: 73-4038 Hulikoa Drive, Suite 5, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, five minutes south of Kona International Airport. Open Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm. Free coffee and chocolate samples, and you can watch us roast Monday through Friday.Waikīkī shop: Hilton Hawaiian Village, 2005 Kālia Road, Honolulu, HI 96815. Open daily 9am to 7pm. This is a retail shop with free coffee and chocolate samples. We don't serve brewed or espresso drinks there.Reach us anytime at orders@konamountaincoffee.com or 808-329-5005. Our shipping team answers the phone Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm Hawaiʻi time.
