All our coffee is cultivated on the rich slopes of Hualālai and Maunaloa on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. While we proudly grow coffee on our own farm, we also partner with other local farms, purchasing their 100% Kona coffee to meet the growing demand for quality coffee.
Roast
We roast our coffee in small batches, Monday through Friday, right here in our Kona store. This guarantees that every bag you receive is exceptionally fresh!
Grade
The Kona coffee grading system ranks beans by quality. Our Private Reserve is the highest grade, followed by Estate. Peaberry is a rare, single-bean grade. Only the finest beans earn the 100% Kona Coffee label.
