Kona Coffee Club - Coffee Every Month

Here are some helpful answers to explain how the Kona Coffee Club works:

1. What is the cost and how often is my 100% Kona coffee delivered?

Every 30 days after your first order date, Kona Mountain Coffee will ship the same order to you and charge your credit card for the same amount. You can request to have your Kona coffee delivered at a different time within the 30-day period. Ordering the Coffee Club means you will receive the same order delivered every 30 days.

 

2. How do I receive my Free Kona Coffee?

When your 10th order is processed, we will double the order that you have been receiving at no additional cost to you. For example, if your Kona Coffee Club order is for 2 pounds of Kona coffee, we will send you 4 pounds of Kona coffee on your 10th order and each 10th order after that for as long as you want to continue.

 

3. What happens when coffee prices go up?

We will notify you in advance of any changes in price, for your approval.

 

4. Can I change my Coffee Club preference?

Yes. Just send an email to: coffee.roaster@konamountaincoffee.com

 

5. Can I cancel my Coffee Club membership at any time?

Yes. Just send an email to: coffee.roaster@konamountaincoffee.com

 

6. Can I have more than one item delivered each monthly?

Yes. You can have more than one item delivered monthly through the Coffee Club. Just add each to your Cart.

 

7. Can I give Coffee Club as a gift?

Yes. You can give Coffee Club as a gift, billed to your credit card monthly.
